most of the people they do direct flashing rom when the unit is not on the debug mode or has no recovery menu to wipe or make a factory reset
First you need to know the fastboot mode of your device
usually volume down + home + power
put your phone in fastboot mode then insert usb cable then and install all the driver needed
Tools: Fastboot.zip extract this file on drive C:
Then click on start, open run and type cmd
now type the commands below and phone should be in the adb mode.
cd.. cd.. fastboot-windows -w
